Cancellation Policy

By scheduling and/or paying for any service offered by Jena and or communicating in any fashion with Jena, you are attesting that you have read this legal disclaimer and these terms of service, and that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with and accept the following: No intuitive Soul Coaching or Soul Reading is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of, professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business and or psychological. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency you will go directly to your local emergency room or call 911. Jena and joyplay.org accepts no liability and or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take based on his or her consultation with Jena or joyplay.org. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Jena and joyplay.org. Cancellation policy: All sessions cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. Jena is not a medical intuitive. If you are seeking medical guidance, please look elsewhere for this service as it will not be provided. You understand that you chose to enter into this legal and biding disclaimer and terms of service agreement of your own free will. Jena will email you a confirmation of the time chosen here.
