In March of 2022, Galaxies Inside Me launched at Bryony Body and is back at RMA!

This workshop will be an introduction to embodiment practices centered on the moon.

Find routines and rituals to incorporate into your month to feel more grounded and connected to the earth and your body.

Each participant will receive a yoga flow and group reiki session, tea and/or beer, guided journal prompts and a group ceremony.
