Join us for a truly unforgettable week in Hveragerði, Iceland!
April 10-14, I will be hosting a small group at the Frost and Fire hotel.
The hotel is located on the River Varma, a Geothermal hotspot scattered with hot springs and warm lakes.
Through the week we will enjoy daily yoga, 5 course meals, geothermal bathing, stunning landscape,and optional excursions including a trip to the infamous blue lagoon.
Together we will explore the fruitful darkness- the origin of all life and new ideas- in the cool air of the north.
